SITE LICENCE CHARGES 2019/20
ALL HOLIDAY HOME OWNERS (GB Pounds)
CHARGES DUE ON: 1st FEBRUARY 2019 FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD UNTIL 31st JANUARY 2020
ALL PLOTS: 1ST MARCH 2019 UNTIL - 2nd JANUARY 2020
CHARGES Fall due on the following dates
1st February 2019 – Site Fee,
1st July 2019 – Rates element,
1st November 2019 - Park Insurance.
AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL. If unpaid interest at the rate of 1.0% per month will be charged on all accounts, one month from payment date. Site fees being paid before 1 st February should deduct the discount amount from total charges.
Site fees can be paid by instalments, providing a standing order is in place with your Bank prior to the 1 st February. Contact Karen (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the office for a form and the STO rate is 10 payments of £390 which includes the site fee and rates elements.
DEFINITION OF UNIT - Fully Serviced: Holiday Homes & Twin Units with electricity, water & sewage

VAT CORRECT AT TIME OF PRINTING, ANY CHANGES WILL BE REFELCTED WHEN IMPLEMENTED.
Site Licence Agreements, Insurance Policies & Fees are not transferable.
The Park Insurance falls due on 1st November 2019.
Compass Insurance will be contacting you direct to renew your policy's. Also this year Goldpark insurance will be contacting you as an alternative.
EVERYONE MUST have insurance. When they let us know who has taken up their offers or you have supplied us with your own cover notes. Those failing will not have their cards turned back on. This is for yours and yoru neighbours security.
The Second Part will fall due on 1 st July 2018 after we receive the invoices for the following services: UBR, Water & Sewage Rates, & other exempt items etc.
Customers wishing to pay by credit card will be subject to a 2% surcharge to cover Card fee.
Electricity is chargeable at British Gas Tariffs. Meters will be read during September/ October each year.
PRIVATE SALES OF HOLIDAY HOMES: Sanction to sell on site attracts a 15% + VAT transfer fee, which must be paid by the Purchaser, on the sale price which is NOT lower than the offer made by the Park Owner, and the transfer will only take place after the seller has informed the Park Owner in writing of the Buyers Name & Address, and the Buyer has paid the Transfer fee in full. Also the Seller must have paid all outstanding debts in full, there will be a minimum transfer fee payable of £500.00 + VAT.
Bring own caravan onto Park - (Not purchased from St Lawrence Park Caravans)
Cost of siting a Second Hand caravan on the park is £5,000 + VAT
Cost of siting a New caravan on the park is £10,000 + VAT
Inc: Siting, Ground anchors, Alarm system conversion if needed, connecting to all services, Gas Safe test and certification
The Company reserves the right to dispose of way by sale or otherwise any caravan left on the Company's premises by the owner after 28 days have elapsed from the date of written notice given by the Company to the owner at the last known address given to the Company requiring removal of such caravan or 28 days after the owner has given the company notice of his intention to remove his caravan and has failed to remove the same within that period
